I was presented with a wonderful opportunity to be a part of a city development project in Evansville, Indiana in collaboration with Thompson Scott. The project has just broken ground on August 13, 2018 and will be continuing throughout the year. When approached, I was presented with their mission and goals which inspired me to develop the visual brand identity system you see below. The following brief conveys their vision perfectly: Our goal is to revitalize Southwest Indiana living by injecting a fresh vibe to an iconic scene. With state-of-the-art amenities and beautiful finishes, our one and two bedroom apartment homes are like no other. We are creating the opportunity to live, work and play in the heart of everything. Understanding that a strong brand strategy shows the value your products and services will bring to people, I worked to illustrate this value as a goal state. The goal is more than just a visual, but rather more the tone, setting the emotion, and the atmosphere that will ultimately grab and hold on. For the people of Southwest Indiana and beyond, the Post House has a solid foundation to bring people in and to get those people to engage, experience, enjoy and to later share with their friends, family and community.
