Bee Cave Honey Wheat

Vista Brewing Co.

Beer Label Design

Vista Brewing and the Bee Cave Arts Foundation collaborated on a new honey wheat brew. The collaboration brew, aptly named “Bee Cave Honey Wheat” was inspired by Vista’s recently opened tasting room in Bee Cave, TX, located in the beautiful Hill Country Galleria. As part of the collaboration, Vista Brewing pledged to donate a portion of proceeds back to the Bee Cave Arts Foundation to support it's mission; to provide local artists and students a place to feature their artwork and where adults and children alike can come to learn and refine their craft. This beer label design was ultimately chosen to adorn the new brew cans. The design was inspired by long weekend summertime drives through the Austin hill country where rolling hills, warm breezes, colorful bountiful flowers and buzzing bees rule the landscape. The great folks at Houston Label did a amazing job printing the labels, even adding some unique "hidden" details with invisible ink only to be revealed in black light!

The brew, which uses over 100 pounds of Texas wildflower honey, celebrates Vista’s connection to beekeeping and it’s 16-hive onsite apiary at the brewery in Driftwood, Texas.
